Summer Cucumber Soup

Ingredients

1 Large Cucumber

8 ounce Plain Yogurt

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon Raw Honey

1/4 teaspoon Sea salt

1/3 cup fresh mint

Directions

Peel the cucumber cut into pieces in a blender combine the cucumber, yogurt, lime juice, raw honey and salt stir in some mint blend until smooth cover and chill for 2 hours. Stir before serving garnish with fresh mint.
